Job Requirements
- culinary training such as A.S. degree or equivalent professional experience
- progressive experience in culinary or kitchen leadership roles
- experience supporting catering operations high-volume or complex foodservice environments preferred
- exposure to institutional or batch cooking environments helpful
- strong understanding of current food and catering trends with attention to quality production and presentation
- working knowledge of food cost controls ordering and inventory practices
- comfort using technology including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and email
- willingness to engage in client feedback and satisfaction programs
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- support day-to-day operation of the culinary department ensuring consistent quality presentation and service
- partner with the executive chef on menu planning recipe development and seasonal offerings
- lead and execute high-end catering and ad hoc culinary events including large-scale production
- assist with cost controls inventory management and responsible purchasing practices
- supervise train and support hourly culinary team members fostering a positive and inclusive kitchen culture
- ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and company standards
- contribute to rollout of new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and corporate culinary teams
- participate in client satisfaction initiatives and continuously enhance guest experience
