Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- post-secondary culinary training preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant kitchen and supervisory experience
- Serve Safe Management certification
- ability to manage multiple projects and team members
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to read and comprehend policy documents
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in supervising the day to day activities of kitchen staff
- assign responsibilities and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
- promote safety and sanitation and inspect all food handling
- assist with menu planning, inventory, and managing supplies
- maintain effective cost control, service, and quality standards
- comply with company and regulatory standards
- serve as a resource for resolving complex kitchen issues
- provide recommendations on hiring and promotion
- maintain positive associate relations through performance management
- provide the highest quality customer service and staff training
