Job Requirements

  • At least five years of fine dining kitchen experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Basic understanding of recipe writing, menu creation, food costing, and scheduling
  • Passion for kitchen life
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to uphold high culinary standards
  • Availability to manage multiple kitchen departments and services
  • Able to execute off-site events

  • Collaborating with the chef team on menu and recipe creation
  • Executing off-site events
  • Upholding standards set by the chef and leadership team
