This role involves overseeing various departments including prep and dishwashing, managing scheduling, ordering ingredients, and creating detailed prep lists. As Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the chef team on menu creation, recipe development, and the execution of off-site events. You will have the chance to uphold the high standards set by the head chef and leadership team, ensuring every dish served meets our rigorous quality and presentation benchmarks.
A working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with recipe writing, menu creation, food costing, and scheduling are highly desirable skills that will help you succeed in this role.
