The establishment features 335 residences encompassing single-family homes, garden homes, independent apartment homes, and licensed-care homes. Job Requirements

  • desire to model values and encourage others
  • must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stay on feet for long periods
  • ability to work nights and weekends
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive line experience
  • at least one year of supervisory experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • degree in culinary arts preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience on a progressive line
  • at least one year in a supervisory role
  • experience as Chef de Partie or Chef de Cuisine preferred
  • experience with catering production
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Supervise kitchen operations and staff
  • oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards
  • manage catering and special event production
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with management on menu planning and budgeting
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • foster a positive work environment and uphold Touchmark's core values
