The position of Sous Chef at Superica Dunwoody is a pivotal role within the kitchen, responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and overseeing the hourly back-of-house staff. This role demands a keen ability to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including production, food preparation, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. The Sous Chef ensures that all kitchen team members are trained to execute menu items precisely and consistently, maintaining the quality and presentation that guests expect.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years culinary experience with one year in a lead or sous chef role
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to quality and consistency
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
