Our latest venture is a high-energy lobster roll booth, proudly serving freshly prepared lobster rolls and other menu items that emphasize quality and speed. We specialize in offering buttery rolls filled with fresh lobster meat, all served in a fun market setting that attracts both locals and visitors. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lobster Roll Artisan-Line Cook to join our team. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with hourly compensation based on experience. The role is perfect for someone passionate about seafood preparation and who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Lobster Roll Artisan-Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling lobster rolls and other menu items according to precise specifications, ensuring every dish that leaves our booth meets our high-quality standards. You will handle various seafood prep tasks, including portioning lobster meat with care and expertise.

The kitchen space is compact and requires maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods. You must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines meticulously, supporting both opening and closing procedures with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Efficiency is key as you will be expected to manage prep lists, restock items as needed, and work effectively during high-volume rushes without compromising quality or safety. Weekend availability is essential due to the operating hours and customer demand in the market environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of line cook experience preferred
  • ability to handle seafood safely
