Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of line cook experience preferred
- ability to handle seafood safely
- strong communication skills
- availability to work weekends and holidays

- must follow food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble lobster rolls and menu items to spec
- handle lobster meat, seafood prep, and portioning
- maintain cleanliness and organization of a compact kitchen space
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- manage prep lists and restock during service
- work efficiently during high-volume rushes
- support opening and closing procedures
