- culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
- experience in kitchen management and team leadership
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to plan menus and manage inventory
- strong communication and organizational skills
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
