Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- availability to work a flexible schedule
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- must be at least 21 years of age
- basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, fostering an inclusive environment, developing kitchen associates, and holding the team accountable in a supportive way
- implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- supervise food production and kitchen setup to maximize productivity and minimize waste, including line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times, and cooking
- ensure all menu items are prepared and presented according to recipe and high presentation standards
- enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate kitchen facilities
- foster a culture aligned with company principles and beliefs by being a role model and promoting a fun, balanced work environment
