Job Requirements
- Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- must enjoy hosting others
- must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
- at least 21 years of age
- associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- current certification or ability to pass ServSafe within 90 days
- ability to qualify for required licenses or permits
- physically able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
- ability to work in various environments including confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or minimum one year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
- ability to prepare, read, and comprehend documents
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- effective communication skills with individuals and groups
- ability to calculate figures and perform business-related mathematical functions
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to solve problems in standardized situations
- meet age requirement of at least 21 years
Job Duties

- conduct pre-shift meetings and provide feedback
- administer disciplinary actions
- protect company assets
- attend training and meetings
- compile and submit reports
- promote productivity and respond to management requests
