Leadership duties encompass supervising attendance and time records, managing labor expenses, and facilitating daily team meetings with positive feedback. The role requires handling customer complaints effectively, supporting customer service initiatives, and enforcing company policies to uphold standards of excellence among team members. Additionally, the position demands adherence to gaming laws and regulations, administration of disciplinary actions when necessary, and participation in training programs to stay current with industry standards.
Physical requirements include the ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and perform movements such as bending, twisting, stooping, and balancing across various work environments.
