Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- previous culinary leadership or supervisory experience
- strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, and kitchen systems
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work overtime as needed
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage complex operational issues independently
- commitment to maintaining high culinary and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations across all outlets and banquet functions
- coordinate food, smallwares, and kitchen supply orders
- monitor ingredient freshness, quality, and proper utilization
- assist in menu development, recipe standardization, and plate presentation
- execute and maintain consistency across restaurant and banquet production
- lead and train kitchen staff in culinary technique, safety, and sanitation standards
- maintain compliance with all Aimbridge and Marriott operational standards
