Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • previous culinary leadership or supervisory experience
  • strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, and kitchen systems
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work overtime as needed
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to manage complex operational issues independently
  • commitment to maintaining high culinary and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations across all outlets and banquet functions
  • coordinate food, smallwares, and kitchen supply orders
  • monitor ingredient freshness, quality, and proper utilization
  • assist in menu development, recipe standardization, and plate presentation
  • execute and maintain consistency across restaurant and banquet production
  • lead and train kitchen staff in culinary technique, safety, and sanitation standards
  • maintain compliance with all Aimbridge and Marriott operational standards
