The position requires working 10-hour shifts, five days a week, including holidays and weekends, which are the busiest times in the restaurant. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience as a sous chef or similar role
- proficiency in Italian culinary techniques
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
