Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or as a chef
- valid food handler certification
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- commitment to upholding company standards and values
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
- strong knowledge of diverse culinary traditions and food safety regulations
- excellent communication and team leadership skills

Job Duties

- oversee daily operations and manage staff scheduling

- train and mentor team members to promote professional growth
