Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or as a chef
  • valid food handler certification
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • commitment to upholding company standards and values

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
  • strong knowledge of diverse culinary traditions and food safety regulations
  • excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred

Job Duties

  • lead restaurant teams to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency
  • oversee daily operations and manage staff scheduling
  • develop and implement culinary menus for various concepts
  • maintain quality control and food safety standards
  • coordinate new restaurant openings and ensure a smooth launch
  • train and mentor team members to promote professional growth
  • manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
