Job Description

KNEAD is a dynamic and expanding hospitality group known for its diverse range of restaurant concepts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple locations. With a strong reputation in the culinary world, KNEAD operates a variety of distinctive restaurant brands including SUCCOTASH, which offers Southern-inspired cuisine; MI VIDA that specializes in modern Mexican dishes; BISTRO DU JOUR known for French cuisine; THE GRILL, a premier steakhouse; and GATSBY, a re-imagined American diner. In addition to these sit-down restaurants, KNEAD also manages several quick-serve brands such as TU TACO, LIL' SUCCOTASH, and KNEADZA PIZZA, along with a classic New York style deli known as Beresovsky's Deli. Each concept brings its own unique style and menu to the table, providing vast opportunities for culinary professionals to grow and diversify their expertise.

KNEAD is currently in an exciting phase of growth, with new restaurant openings planned for 2025 and 2026. This expansion offers unparalleled opportunities for talented managers and chefs who are eager to be part of either well-established bustling operations or the thrill and challenge of launching new concepts. The company prioritizes career advancement, professional development, and innovation in hospitality, making it an ideal workplace for dedicated individuals who want to make a significant impact in the food service industry. Employees are encouraged to develop their skills through hands-on experience with varied culinary traditions and operational styles. KNEAD's supportive culture and leadership offer ongoing opportunities for promotion and educational growth, including continuing education and reimbursement for advanced certifications once approved.

The roles available include managerial positions focused on leading and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellence. Chefs at KNEAD are entrusted with crafting menus, ensuring quality control, and innovating culinary offerings that excite and satisfy guests. Both managers and chefs play a critical role in upholding the company’s standard of excellence and driving business success. KNEAD offers competitive salaries, a straightforward bonus program with potential earnings up to 10% of annual salary, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees also enjoy generous paid time off, monthly dining allowances, and a friendly work environment that values teamwork and employee well-being.

If you are a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is ready to advance your career with a top-tier company that supports and fosters talent, KNEAD invites you to join their team. This is a chance to be part of a forward-thinking organization with a future that promises continuous opportunities for personal and professional success.
