The role of Sous Chef at Russell Street Kitchen is a key leadership position within the kitchen team. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, lead and develop line cooks, and ensure that all menu items are executed to the highest standards. The position includes responsibilities such as managing prep, ordering, inventory, food cost controls, and assisting with catering production and execution for events.
