Job Duties

  • Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations
  • Supports management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Prepares in menu items in large quantities, by various cooking methods
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
