Job Requirements

  • Must have previous experience as a Sous Chef or kitchen supervisory experience preferred
  • Sanitation Certified (ServSafe) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • High volume production or catering experience is essential
  • Must be flexible and accommodating to residents and guests
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player
  • Available to work weekend and holiday rotation

Job Qualifications

  • Manage high-volume production or catering
  • Accommodate residents and guests with flexibility
  • Follow written and oral instructions
