The Sous Chef role at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO, is a pivotal position within Sodexo’s healthcare food service operations. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing culinary operations on a large medical campus. The Sous Chef supports and implements culinary systems and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Candidates will bring leadership experience from fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments and have the ability to supervise and mentor frontline staff effectively.

In this position, the Sous Chef will collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to develop menus that meet diverse dietary needs, reflecting current culinary trends and client preferences. They will also manage procurement and purchasing activities to ensure consistent supply and cost-efficiency.
