- Four years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Ability to work all kitchen stations
- Experience with scratch cooking and fresh ingredients
- Possess a positive, energetic, can-do attitude and spirit
- Hold a current food handlers card in the state you are applying
- Have a flexible work schedule and be able to meet the training schedule timeline
