Job Requirements
- Lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Safely maneuver hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other work tools
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a culinary or food and beverage role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Basic budgeting and expense management skills
