Job Duties

  • Support daily food production and service across patient, retail, and catering operations in a healthcare environment
  • Assist with menu execution, recipe compliance, and quality control
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards (HACCP, regulatory compliance)
  • Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations
  • Help manage inventory, food costs, and waste reduction while maintaining high service standards
