Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support daily food production and service across patient, retail, and catering operations in a healthcare environment
- Assist with menu execution, recipe compliance, and quality control
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards (HACCP, regulatory compliance)
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations
- Help manage inventory, food costs, and waste reduction while maintaining high service standards
