Job Requirements

  • Four years' experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant preferred
  • ability to work all kitchen stations
  • experience with scratch cooking and fresh ingredients
  • positive, energetic, can-do attitude and spirit
  • current food handlers card for the state applying
  • flexible work schedule
  • ability to meet training schedule timeline

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • four years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • proficiency in working various kitchen stations
  • experience with scratch cooking and fresh ingredients
  • positive and energetic attitude
  • valid food handler's card in the applicable state
  • ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Assist in kitchen management and supervision
  • prepare and cook menu items following established recipes
  • ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained
  • manage kitchen stations and support staff
  • participate in inventory control and ordering
  • maintain compliance with food safety regulations
  • contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
