Job Requirements
- Four years' experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant preferred
- ability to work all kitchen stations
- experience with scratch cooking and fresh ingredients
- positive, energetic, can-do attitude and spirit
- current food handlers card for the state applying
- flexible work schedule
- ability to meet training schedule timeline
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- four years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- proficiency in working various kitchen stations
- experience with scratch cooking and fresh ingredients
- positive and energetic attitude
- valid food handler's card in the applicable state
- ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Assist in kitchen management and supervision
- prepare and cook menu items following established recipes
- ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained
- manage kitchen stations and support staff
- participate in inventory control and ordering
- maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
