The role of the Sous Chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is critical to fulfilling the brand's promise of delivering outstanding culinary experiences. As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen by ensuring that food quality, presentation, and safety protocols are rigorously upheld. You will play a pivotal role in managing kitchen operations by supervising food production, maximizing productivity, and minimizing waste. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of two years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred
