Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members to maintain high standards
- Supervise food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
- Assist in menu development and implementation of seasonal offerings
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance of culinary staff
- Monitor food cost, inventory, and ordering processes
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate and execute special events and functions
