Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members to maintain high standards
  • Supervise food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
  • Assist in menu development and implementation of seasonal offerings
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance of culinary staff
  • Monitor food cost, inventory, and ordering processes
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate and execute special events and functions
