  • Culinary experience leading food preparation at a specific station
  • Knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
  • Ability to supervise and support a small team
  • Passion for quality food preparation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
  • Ability to supervise and support a small team overseeing fewer than two full-time employees
  • Passion for quality food preparation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead food preparation and production at an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
  • Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members assigned to the station
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
