Job Duties
- Lead food preparation and production at an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures
- Provide guidance and direction to team members assigned to the station
- Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
