The organization adheres strictly to local, state, and county regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety codes and offering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

The role is that of an Assistant Kitchen Manager or Assistant Executive Chef, designed to support the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily kitchen operations. The assistant is integral to maintaining the high standards of meal quality, safety, and presentation that the organization prides itself on. This role ensures that all meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are prepared and served following standardized recipes and recipes developed in partnership with the Executive Chef. The Assistant Kitchen Manager also ensures the kitchen environment is safe and alert, overseeing the safety of both coworkers and residents. The company values servant leadership, teamwork, and active community engagement, expecting all employees to uphold these values consistently.

Understanding and compliance with the Safe Return program or equivalent protocols for resident safety is essential, as is participation in community meetings and life enrichment activities when possible. This role requires prompt and reliable performance with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration, making it a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for culinary professionals looking to advance their careers in a structured yet nurturing environment. The employment type is full-time, with competitive compensation reflective of industry standards and location specifics, though exact salary details are discussed during the hiring process.
