Job Duties

  • Partner with the executive chef to lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team
  • Execute and elevate dishes that align with our culinary vision every plate, every time
  • Keep the kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose during service
  • Train, coach, and support team members to bring out their best
  • Create schedules, manage workflow, and keep the team focused and on track
  • Jump in to lead the line and direct food preparation when needed
  • Collaborate on menu development, tastings, and new dish creation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen that meets all standards
