  • 3-5+ years in a supervisory experience or sous chef
  • High volume background
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Catering experience
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to foster a culture of growth and creativity
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Implement and execute diverse and trending menus with appealing food presentation
  • Manage high-volume food production efficiently
  • Collaborate with catering teams to coordinate food service for special events
  • Ensure effective communication across kitchen and service teams
  • Support and enforce restaurant management best practices
