  • Frequently push/pull up to 35 lbs.

  • Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
  • Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a service-related role preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team during high volume periods
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and positively, anticipating their needs
  • Take and serve beverage orders according to service standards, using suggestive selling techniques
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items, hotel services, and local activities to assist guests
  • Pre-bus, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests depart
  • Transport tableware to and from the side station and ensure it is fully stocked
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, following Health Codes
  • Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
