Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- Frequently push/pull up to 35 lbs.
- Frequently lift and/or carry up to 35 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
- Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer
- Frequently standing and walking
- Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color
- Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity

- Ability to handle smoky, noisy, and slippery surfaces
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a service-related role preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team during high volume periods
- Effective communication skills required
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and positively, anticipating their needs
- Take and serve beverage orders according to service standards, using suggestive selling techniques
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, hotel services, and local activities to assist guests
- Pre-bus, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests depart
- Transport tableware to and from the side station and ensure it is fully stocked
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, following Health Codes
- Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
