Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • serve as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property
  • provide information to guests about available facilities including pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center
  • encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities
  • promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere and enforce rules and safety regulations
  • respond appropriately to emergencies in recreational facilities according to procedures
  • provide cashier services during point of sale transactions
  • assist with hosting private functions and group events
  • observe guests' ability to safely participate in activities and report concerns to supervisors
  • provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
  • clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • greet and acknowledge guests and address service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • communicate professionally
  • maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
  • process payments for rentals, activities, facilities, or retail sales
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • read and verify information
  • inspect tools and equipment for defects
  • use computers and point of sale systems
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift or move objects up to 25 pounds unaided and heavier objects with assistance
  • perform other duties as assigned
