We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join our team for the seasonal period from March through October. This role is perfectly suited for someone passionate about hospitality and fine dining, with a proven background in managing upscale restaurant environments. As the Fine Dining Restaurant Manager, you'll have the chance to lead and inspire a dedicated front-of-house team, ensuring that each guest receives top-tier service. This position offers attractive compensation, including a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of upscale restaurant management experience
- Experience and knowledge of wine service and craft cocktails
- Familiarity with food and beverage systems and controls
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a FOH team effectively
- Availability to work seasonally from March through October
Job Qualifications
- Level 1 Sommelier certification preferred
- Minimum three years of upscale restaurant management experience
- Proven experience with upscale restaurant steps of service
- Demonstrated knowledge of wine service and craft cocktails

Job Duties
- Provide hands-on FOH leadership to resort fine dining restaurant
- Train, coach, mentor FOH team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service
- Maintain effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations
- Oversee upscale restaurant steps of service
- Manage wine service, wine knowledge, and craft cocktail operations
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage systems and controls
- Plan and coordinate FOH operational activities
