At Maple Hospitality Group, we believe that success is rooted in impeccable food, world-class service, and one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Our culture is anchored by four foundational principles: Generosity, which means always giving more and exceeding expectations; Excellence, delivering exceptional work with unmatched expertise; Fun, fostering a love for the craft, laughter, and an enjoyable journey; and Fail Fast, encouraging quick learning from mistakes, adaptability, and continuous improvement. This framework ensures a collaborative and engaging workspace that nurtures talent and innovation.

We are currently seeking experienced Sommeliers and Captains/Servers to join our team. This dual-role opportunity combines specialized sommelier shifts and hands-on serving work, providing a holistic hospitality experience. Sommeliers at Maple Hospitality play a critical role in elevating the wine program by bridging service and education seamlessly. During server shifts, incumbents manage high-volume stations with professionalism and efficiency, creating tailored, personality-driven guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role demands a collaborative spirit to work effectively with both front and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth communication and superior guest satisfaction.

This position requires a minimum of three years of fine-dining experience in high-volume settings. Candidates must exhibit extensive knowledge of food and culinary practices alongside above-average wine expertise, with a strong commitment to attaining sommelier certification within one year of employment. Additionally, exceptional operational skills, including time management and multi-tasking, are essential to succeed. Maple Hospitality Group values professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for the service craft, providing an enriching workplace for hospitality professionals dedicated to excellence and growth.
