Job Duties

  • Recommend wines to guests based on their preferences and menu selections
  • Maintain and update the wine inventory and cellar
  • Educate staff and guests on wine options and pairings
  • Collaborate with the kitchen to create complementary wine and food pairings
  • Ensure proper wine serving techniques and etiquette are followed
  • Assist in organizing wine tastings and special events
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a guest-first attitude
