The role primarily involves excellent customer service to address and fulfill customer needs promptly and effectively. You will need to be knowledgeable about wine selections to provide insightful recommendations to customers, maintaining a fresh and appealing wine display through regular restocking, cleaning, and product rotation. Ensuring the accuracy of department signage and pricing is critical, as is maintaining overall cleanliness and order in the wine and grocery departments. Safeguarding compliance with health and sanitation regulations and adhering to safe work practices are essential elements of the job. The position also requires physical capability to lift 35 to 50 pounds consistently without assistance.
