The Four Seasons Hotel Austin is currently seeking a TRIO Sommelier to join its talented and diverse team. This role demands a professional with deep expertise in wine who can elevate the dining experience through exceptional service and wine knowledge. The Sommelier position is not only about wine selection but also about communicating effectively with staff, management, suppliers, and guests to ensure a seamless and memorable experience at TRIO. As a Sommelier, you will be expected to manage inventory efficiently, collaborate on sales strategies to meet financial targets, and respond quickly to customer requests or unusual service situations. The ideal candidate will be approachable and confident, able to share their wine expertise with guests and colleagues in a welcoming and professional manner. Sommelier certification is required for this role, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
