Job Duties

  • Take wine/champagne orders and provide full wine/champagne/cocktail service to guests in the restaurant or bar
  • Perform beverage inventories including wine, champagne, and liquors
  • Check cleanliness of wine lists and glassware
  • Ensure wine list accuracy with inventory and pricing
  • Update and verify wine lists with correct vintages and entry data within 90 days
  • Double-check wine purchase orders before submission
  • Assist guests with wine and food pairings and create wine promotions
