Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sommelier role or wine service
- Strong knowledge of wine varieties and pairing principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage inventory and supplier relations
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Certification from a recognized sommelier institution preferred

Job Duties
- Manage and curate the restaurant's wine list
- Provide personalized wine recommendations to guests
- Educate and train front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service
- Collaborate with chefs to create wine and food pairings
- Oversee wine inventory and supplier relationships
- Host wine tastings and events
- Ensure exceptional wine service standards are consistently met
