Team drivers benefit from matched partnerships tailored by gender, veteran status, and other preferences, earning between $55,000 and $85,000 plus annually. Werner’s Team Elite Division offers premium earners the chance to make $90,000 to $110,000, going out for three weeks and returning home for three days, catering to experienced teams looking for priority assignments and upgraded equipment.
