This role is for Solo and Team CDL-A Drivers, offering some of the most competitive salaries in the industry. More than half of Werner's solo drivers earn over $75,000 annually, with top performers reaching upwards of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, particularly on dedicated routes. Team drivers can expect salaries ranging from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually with opportunities for team elite division drivers to earn between $90,000 and $110,000 each year. Werner provides multiple route and home time options including dedicated, OTR, and regional routes, with versatile time off schedules such as daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and tri-weekly to help drivers maintain a healthy work-life balance. To be eligible for this position, applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class A CDL, have at least 30 days of commercial driving experience, and meet all DOT qualifications including passing a DOT physical and drug screening.
