The role of the Nightlife & Hospitality Marketing/Social Coordinator is essential to the success of LNE Presents & Realine Group's marketing initiatives. This position offers an engaging, fast-paced setting where balancing multiple social media and traditional marketing responsibilities is key. The Marketing/Social Coordinator will play a vital role in managing social media platforms, developing and organizing innovative content, offering creative artist insights, and driving marketing campaigns. Staying informed on the latest trends within nightlife, entertainment, and hospitality sectors will be critical for maintaining a competitive edge. The role requires excellent multitasking skills to manage activities across various hospitality properties effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work history in marketing or social media related role in hospitality or entertainment
  • basic knowledge of photo and video editing
  • understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • demonstrable marketing and social media experience
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • availability on weekends and late nights
  • passion for hospitality, music, and entertainment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven work history in marketing or social media related role in hospitality or entertainment
  • basic knowledge of photo and video editing
  • understanding and passion for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook from both client facing and back-end views
  • demonstrable experience in marketing and social media with a desire to learn
  • a sense of aesthetics and love for great copy and witty communication
  • availability on weekends and late nights
  • passion for hospitality, music, entertainment, and experiential experiences

Job Duties

  • Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the marketing director
  • use social scheduling tools to accurately post content to various social platforms
  • assist in daily Instagram Story posting including reposts, organic video content, static flyers, artist announcements, and promotional content
  • write informative and engaging social media captions representing various brands and artists
  • assist in live coverage by capturing engaging content during peak hours including weekends
  • assist digital marketing team with entertainment and promotional needs such as ticketing, Facebook events, and social ads
  • conduct weekly audits of venue photo albums, video b-roll, and maintain organization in Dropbox
  • assist with grassroots marketing campaigns including coordinating asset development, photoshoots, programming, and entertainment
  • assist marketing team with audits of online listings and websites
  • manage weekly schedule and organization of content generated at venues
