As a Social Media Manager at MGM Springfield, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of social media, hospitality, entertainment, and culture, driving the online presence and reputation of MGM Resorts' Food & Beverage, Nightlife, and Daylife brands. This role is ideal for someone who is constantly ahead of social trends and passionate about crafting engaging digital campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You will lead a team of social media strategists to develop and implement creative, data-led campaigns aligned with brand KPIs, ensuring brand voice consistency and boosting brand visibility across platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp, and more.

In this role, you will not only protect and enhance the brand’s reputation but also amplify memorable guest experiences, turning followers into loyal fans. Working closely with marketing stakeholders, you will integrate social media strategies into overall business initiatives, events, and activations. Your responsibilities will include tracking campaign performance and reporting to key stakeholders to optimize strategies continuously. This position offers a competitive pay range between $57,700 and $77,000, commensurate with experience and location factors, and is eligible for the company’s incentive plan. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital/social media marketing
  • Experience with social command centers and SaaS platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours outside of regular schedule
  • Preferred experience in resort or hospitality industry setting

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital and social media
  • Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Experience managing or working in a social command center using popular SaaS systems such as Percolate, Sprinklr, Spreadfast, or Salesforce
  • Flexible schedule to work outside regular hours preferred
  • Previous experience in a resort or hospitality setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the social media presence and reputation of MGM Resorts Food & Beverage, Nightlife and Daylife brands on various platforms including TripAdvisor, Google, and Yelp
  • Lead a team of social media strategists to maintain an engaging and world-class online reputation that reflects the unique brand voice and personality
  • Develop data-led creative campaigns aligned with brand KPIs, media objectives and strategic business verticals
  • Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns and reputation metrics to key stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing teams to integrate social media in business initiatives, events, and activations
