Focused on providing customers with fresh, locally sourced products, Harmons has built a strong regional presence that emphasizes not only great food but also the people who love it. The company is dedicated to fostering a warm and welcoming shopping environment, maintaining high standards for product selection, and promoting community values through numerous initiatives and partnerships. This blend of tradition and innovation has made Harmons a trusted name and a beloved destination for grocery shoppers seeking a friendly and personalized experience.

The position reports closely to the Vice President of Marketing and works collaboratively with the Marketing Campaign Coordinator and the Creative team to ensure that all social content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and meets visual standards. The role demands someone who is both creative and analytical, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and knowledgeable about emerging social trends and platform algorithms.

At an annual salary of $62,431.20, this full-time position offers an opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to community connection and brand storytelling in the retail grocery sector. The Social Media Manager will play an essential role in strengthening Harmons’ brand voice and visual identity across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, using tools like Sprout Social for management and analytics.

Key responsibilities include creating compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences, managing an influencer program to amplify Harmons’ reach, monitoring customer engagement and feedback, coordinating content with sales and store teams, and staying informed about industry trends to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and effective. This role also requires excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, as the manager will regularly interact with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Ultimately, the Social Media Manager at Harmons is more than a marketing professional—they are a champion of the company’s mission and community spirit, helping to tell the story of Harmons in a way that connects with customers both online and offline, inspiring loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand.
