The role of the Events Coordinator at Life Time is crucial in supporting the vibrant and dynamic environment within the club. This position focuses primarily on coordinating and managing adult sports programming such as squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops to ensure members enjoy robust and successful programs. The Events Coordinator provides vital logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team, helping to execute club events that align with Life Time’s mission and vision. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, delivering measurable and documented event outcomes, and supporting marketing campaigns for club events. This role plays a significant part in member retention by delivering outstanding member experiences and actively promoting club activities. The position requires a blend of project management skills, communication excellence, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the high standards expected at Life Time. Employment type is full-time, emphasizing active engagement in community events and continuous support for adult sports programming within the club.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required

Job Duties
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
