Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and write notes
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
  • Ability to operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, and stoop

Job Qualifications

  • A talent for engaging with guests and generating excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconciling financials at shift end
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Keep your immediate supervisor well-informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences

  • Adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
  • Manage personal cash bank, ensuring all financial transactions are precise by correctly using credit card machines, providing accurate change, and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
  • Follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests responsibly
