As a Premium Club Server, you will play a vital role in elevating the dining experience within the premium spaces of the Boise Athletic Club. Your primary responsibility will be to provide polished and attentive table service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort at all times. You will work as part of a dedicated premium team, supporting one another to deliver seamless service. This role demands strong communication skills, a hospitality-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. You will also be responsible for assembling and delivering food and supplies for catered functions, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the catering facility and equipment, and adhering strictly to all safety and sanitation policies. The ideal candidate will have previous serving experience, possess knowledge of responsible alcohol service, be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, and hold or be willing to obtain the necessary food handlers permit and on-premise alcohol certification if applicable. Job Duties
- Provides professional and attentive table service
- Monitors guest satisfaction and responds promptly to needs
- Supports premium team members to ensure seamless service
- Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- Stocks, cleans, and maintains the catering facility and equipment
- Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
