Positioned within this dynamic and value-driven environment, the role of Control Room Supervisor offers a pivotal leadership opportunity. This full-time role involves supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at one or more client sites, ensuring that all security post orders are strictly followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed timely and accurately. The Control Room Supervisor actively coordinates with clients and internal management during emergencies and routine check-ins, fostering strong relationships to guarantee satisfaction and service quality.

The role demands a hands-on leader who not only oversees daily security operations but also engages in coaching, training, and disciplining staff to maintain high performance and adherence to policies. The supervisor assists with payroll processing and workforce scheduling to optimize coverage across posts. Additional responsibilities include preparing necessary reports, inspecting security posts, addressing complaints, resolving operational issues, and, when needed, executing security patrol duties.

Candidates for this position are expected to have at least one year of experience in security supervision and hold valid driver certification. The ideal candidate should also possess a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of related experience, preferably in a retail environment. This position offers a competitive wage of $21.00 per hour.

The work environment requires resilience and composure, as supervisors frequently face complex situations involving a diverse range of individuals under stressful conditions. The role demands the ability to multitask, work overtime as needed, and adapt to changing procedures and environments, sometimes under inclement weather or physically demanding conditions. Supervisors must also adhere to stringent company standards including background checks, substance testing, and licensing where applicable.
