Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- food service experience preferred but not required
- food handling certificate or safety certification may be required

Job Duties
- Prepare food items consistently with regards to brand standards and food safety standards
- provide food preparation by cleaning, washing, measuring, cutting
- cook food items according to company recipes and procedures
- maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
- keep supplies and foodstuffs ready by reporting low levels of food and food-prep supplies, condiments, napkins, straws, etc. for guest use
- enhance kitchen and organization reputation by accepting ownership of assigned areas
- clean tables and chairs, sweep/mop floors, and empty trash in kitchen and dining area
- assist snack bar attendant as needed
- participate in other projects and activities as assigned
- greet guests, give recommendations based on customer feedback, and take orders
- accurately complete cash, credit, and gift card transactions using point of sale system while following proper cash handling procedures
- stock condiments, napkins, straws, etc. for guest use
- expedite orders as needed
- may be required to assist the snack bar cooks with preparing food items and maintaining sanitation
- maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating positively with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
