Within this vibrant and fast-paced setting, Legends Global is currently seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Smoothie & Juice Bar Attendant to join the athlete-driven high-performance dining operation at the Buffalo Bills Performance Center. This role plays a critical part in supporting the nutritional and culinary needs of professional athletes by preparing smoothies, fresh juices, coffee beverages, and other menu items in strict accordance with established recipes and nutrition guidelines. Attention to consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency is paramount to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met while working in a busy food service environment.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $17 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in working hours is necessary, including late nights, weekends, holidays, game days, and major stadium and catering events. The attendant will also adhere rigorously to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, supporting the seamless operation of the smoothie bar and overall kitchen and dining services.

The Smoothie & Juice Bar Attendant will engage with fresh produce preparation, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Prior food service experience or certifications such as ServSafe Allergens and Food Handler are preferred but not mandatory, with provisions for necessary training before working events.
