Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior route driving experience preferred but not required
- ability to work full-time with open availability
- ability to operate company vehicles safely
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- willingness to learn and undergo training
- good customer service attitude
- proficiency with handheld technology
Job Qualifications
- Three years driving experience required
- valid driver's license
- preferred one to two years experience in customer service or related field
- ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- good communication and organizational skills
- basic knowledge of inventory management
Job Duties
- Drive company vehicle over established route to deliver products and maintain inventory
- ensure truck is properly loaded with all required products prior to starting the route
- maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines
- load hand cart with totes of product and restock vending machines
- perform product rotation to ensure freshness
- provide client and customer satisfaction in all job aspects
- clean and sanitize vending machines and equipment
- conduct minor service and adjustments on machines
- report defective equipment to maintenance
- maintain accurate product and inventory data via handheld computer
- inform clients of new products or services
- listen to and resolve service complaints
- set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- manage receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash
- conduct inventory reconciliation
- keep company vehicle clean and organized
- perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- perform other duties as assigned
