Job Requirements

  • Must have previous hotel catering experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Previous Delphi experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Booking and detailing catering functions
  • Arranging meeting room and banquet room set ups
  • Scheduling audio visual equipment
  • Arranging menu suggestions for meetings and social events
  • Handling all aspects of setting up and executing contracts
  • Managing accounts to achieve guests' satisfaction
  • Conducting site inspections and preparing proposals for prospective clients
  • Coordinating various departments' participation in servicing accounts
