Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Recruit and onboard small businesses and entrepreneurs
- provide one-on-one business coaching on financial management and operations
- design and execute business development programs
- develop pathways to diverse capital sources
- manage partnerships with financial and business development organizations
- collaborate internally with Urban League staff
- lead market trend analysis
- organize networking and training events
- design and facilitate professional events
- coordinate event logistics and vendor management
- foster peer community and network cultivation
- monitor and report impact metrics
- lead special projects and community engagement activities
- participate in Urban League community outreach
