This role supports shift leadership and serves as a role model for service excellence and regulatory responsibility on the casino floor.

Shift schedules for this role include overnight hours from 7 pm to 3 am or 11 pm to 7 am, including weekends and holidays, underscoring the need for commitment and flexibility. MGM Resorts offers a competitive pay range of $60,700 to $80,900 for this position, alongside eligibility for incentive plans, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Employees also benefit from wellness programs, access to exclusive discounts on hotel, food, beverage, retail, and entertainment, as well as professional development and community volunteer opportunities.

Joining MGM Resorts as a Slots Manager means becoming a crucial part of a world-class team dedicated to delivering 'The SHOW'—an exceptional, memorable hospitality experience for every guest. This role offers an exciting opportunity for driven leaders to grow their careers within one of the most reputable entertainment and hospitality companies globally, championing a culture of excellence, safety, and respect that supports both employees and guests alike.
